Refund Policy

Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your first payment and have not used Pro/Ultra features, you may request a full refund.
Credits
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire.
Exceptional circumstances
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the service, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and may offer a credit or refund at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Use the Feedback button in the app and select "Other". Include your account email and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.
